How to Recognize and React to Phishing Email Scams
Problem: Employees fall prey to phishing email scams, costing companies hundreds of millions of dollars annually. They do not know what to look for in an email, or how to evaluate it.

Solution: This Storyline module hooks the learner from the start, teaches them how to analyze an email to detect likely phishing scams, and properly handle the suspicious email.

The LEARN Method: From Angry Customer to Happy Customer
​
Problem: A retail chain needed an anytime, anywhere training for their associates to improve their skills at dealing with angry customers.
​
Solution: This Storyline module kicks off with an engaging non-exemplar, then has the learner engage in learning the five-part LEARN method of handling dissatisfied customers. It follows up with a scenario-based practice opportunity that is rich with immediate feedback. An accompanying job aid reinforces key elements of the method.

Hybrid Workplace Management Tips
Problem: As companies implement return-to-office policies, managers face challenges with hybrid teams. This microlearning is intended to give managers a
quick reference guide and refresher on the benefits of a hybrid workforce, some common unconscious biases that impact hybrid teams, and
strategies to promote equity on a hybrid team.

Solution: This Rise microlearning module is designed as a just-in-time microlearning for busy managers who need a quick overview for adapting to a hybrid workplace.

Ergonomics in the Workplace
Problem: Workers both in the business and home office environment suffer from pain and injury due to work stations that are not ergonomically sound. This results in lost productivity and impacts both the business’s bottom line as well as employee health and morale.
​
Solution: This Rise module is aimed at workers who have a need for an ergonomic setup. By thoroughly explaining the problems of a poorly designed station—and explaining the benefits of the proper mechanics of an ergonomic setup—this course aims to help employees and mitigate company risk.

How to Convert an HEIC File to a JPG File
Problem: iOS devices store photos as HEIC (High Efficiency Image Codec) files, which are incompatible with many apps and devices/systems.
​
Solution: This three-minute tutorial helps iPhone/iPad users create a Quick Action on their Mac computer that quickly converts HEIC files into JPG files.
​
